Senior Product Manager for Weighing & Grading

We are looking for a seasonedProduct Managerfor our Weighing & Grading Portfolio who can bridge technology, market, and business and who can demonstrate strategic leadership and a commercial mindset within a complex, international organization.

The role

AsProduct Manager, you will play a key role within our global Product Management team for the Poultry Division. You will report to the SeniorManager of Product Management & Strategic Markets and work closely with 5 other Product Managers.

You will be responsible for the overall product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of ourWeighing & Grading Product Portfolio. You will translate market insights, technological developments, and customer needs into strong business cases, product roadmaps, and concrete action plans.

In addition, you will act as a key link betweenProduct Management, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain, contributing to the global growth and positioning ofJBT Marel.

Your responsibilities

• Full responsibility for theWeighing & Grading Product Portfolio

• Develop and implement adynamic product strategy and lifecycle management

• Definestrategic objectives, business cases, and growth plans

• Analyze market trends,customer needs, competitor landscape, revenue, margins, and growth opportunities

• Developmarketing and sales documentation and support the sales organization

• Coordinateproduct launches and market positioning

• Work closely withInnovation on defining future product roadmaps

• Sharebest practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate actively withinternational stakeholders across a matrix organization

Who you are

You are a strong communicator with a strategic and commercial mindset and technical understanding. You know how to connect people, structure processes, and turn ideas into tangible results.

We are looking for someone with:

• A completedacademic degree (BSc or MSc) inbusiness, engineering, marketing, or project management

• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management or a comparable role within a technical or industrial environment

• Experience withstrategic planning, product marketing, and business development

• A strong interest in technology and the ability to understandcomplex technical solutions

• Aproactive, results-driven, and independent working style

• Excellent communication skills and experience ininternational collaboration

• Experience within thefood processing industry is an advantage

• Proficiency in English spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong IT skills, includingExcel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and Workday

Travel
You can expect approximately25 travel days per year, which you can largely plan yourself. These trips will mainly involve collaboration with colleagues in innovation, sales, marketing, service, and supply chain across various internationalJBT Marel locations, as well as customer visits and participation in exhibitions.
