Position

As anHR Working Student (m/f/d)with a focus on People Operations, you will support operational HR processes and ensure compliance across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely on topics such as payroll administration, HR documentation, policies, and data management, while contributing to audits, process improvements, and a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supportpayroll administration and preparation of relevant documentation

  • Support maintenance ofemployee data in HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy

  • Assist withemployment documentation (contracts, certificates, letters)

  • Help manageHR policies and ensure compliance

  • Supporthealth & safety processes and documentation

  • Contribute tointernal HR audits and optimisation projects

  • Assist withHR workflows, ticketing systems, and inbox management

  • Supportoperational onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist with office management tasks

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field

  • Strong interest in HR operations, employment, and payroll

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); HRIS experience is a plus

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Level of Study:Candidates should be Bachelor’s or Master’s students with at least1,5-2 full years remaining in their studies.

  • Location: Berlin, Germany

Nice to Have

  • First experience in HR operations, payroll, or administration

  • Basic knowledge of labour law or HR compliance

  • Experience working with HR tools or ticketing systems
