Position

As anHR Working Student (m/f/d) in People & Culture, you will support the team across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, wellbeing, and offboarding. You will contribute to initiatives in talent management, internal communications, employer branding, and DEI, while also assisting with HR reporting, events, and administrative processes. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain broad HR experience and actively shape a positive and inclusive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supportrecruitment processes (job postings, scheduling, candidate communication)

  • Assist withtalent management activities

  • Supportinternal communicationactivities (e.g., newsletters, intranet updates)

  • Contribute toemployer branding (social media, careers page, events)

  • Support planning and execution ofHR events and engagement initiatives

  • Assist withDEI initiatives and related communications

  • SupportHR procurement and administrative tasks

  • Assist withonboarding and offboarding processes

  • Help implementemployee well-being and benefits initiatives

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in People & Culture topics

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); HR tools are a plus

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)

  • Level of Study:Candidates should be Bachelor’s or Master’s students with at least1,5-2 full years remaining in their studies.
