Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience is required. Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested.

Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years' experience in a project management role with demonstrated skills in relationship building, organization, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management of projects that have medium to high degree of complexity required.

Skills/Certifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills. This individual must be comfortable with professionally challenging key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Exceptional execution of project communications plans is a must.
• Has a successful track record of completing projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, set priorities, and meet deadlines on at least three projects.
• Can demonstrate expert knowledge of project management methodology and its practical application towards completing work.
• Has demonstrated outstanding negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Is creative, solution-minded, and assertive and has the ability to mentor and coach others.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of large cross-functional projects and/or programs at the Enterprise level. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project or program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects or programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead 3-6 projects end to end through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
2. Manage Product, schedule, budget, and quality for medium-large complexity, cross-functional projects, including execution of change management and impact assessment processes.
3. Develop and maintain core project deliverables, including project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, closure documentation, and executive-level summaries.
4. Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating appropriately to protect delivery outcomes and compliance obligations.
5. Engage and partner with business, EIT, and vendor stakeholders, facilitating alignment, managing expectations, and driving shared ownership of outcomes.
6. Facilitate effective governance and communication, including leading project meetings, preparing leadership updates, and supporting Steering Committees or Corporate oversight activities as required.
7. Ensure compliance with PMO governance, quality, and reporting standards, including accurate updates in project management system tools and adherence to prescribed processes and controls.
8. Manage project resources and dependencies, coordinating across multiple teams and workstreams to maintain momentum and resolve constraints with solution mindset.
9. Support continuous improvement and growth efforts within the PMO, identifying opportunities to improve project delivery, stakeholder experience, and operational efficiency.
10. Capture and communicate project outcomes and value realization, including implementation benefits, operational impacts, and lessons learned to support organizational visibility into delivered value.
