IGL4US is seeking a motivated and ambitiousLeadership Development Associate to join our team in College Station, Texas.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills through practical experience. The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with team members and management, gaining exposure to daily operations, performance management, team development, and business initiatives.

The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, goal-oriented, and eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility as they progress within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in leadership and professional development initiatives.

• Support daily team and business operations.

• Assist with coordinating projects, priorities, and team activities.

• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.

• Help maintain productivity, organization, and performance standards.

• Learn and apply leadership, coaching, and team-management techniques.

• Assist management with identifying opportunities to improve processes and team performance.

• Support onboarding and development of team members when needed.

• Track goals, performance indicators, and operational priorities.

• Take on additional responsibilities as leadership capabilities develop.
