Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
• Support production staff with daily operational tasks and errands.
• Manage and maintain production inventory, including equipment and supplies.
• Help coordinate schedules, call sheets, and communication between departments.
• Assist with organizing and preparing locations for shoots.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of production materials and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or training is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
