Monitor PPE use and safe work practices while working directly with employees on the manufacturing floor.
-
Investigate injuries, incidents, near misses, and other safety concerns; participate in root-cause analysis and corrective action planning.
-
Maintain safety records, OSHA logs, reports, training documentation, and other required EHS information.

Partner with Production, Operations, Maintenance, and HR to address safety concerns and strengthen safety processes.
-
Assist with emergency preparedness, response procedures, and ongoing improvements to safety programs.
