We are looking for an experiencedBIM Modeler – HVAC with 8–10 years of relevant experience incommercial and/or airport projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed HVAC BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that drawings and models comply with project standards and requirements.

  • Develop detailedHVAC BIM models usingRevit MEP and other relevant BIM software.
  • Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, equipment, and associated MEP services models.
  • Coordinate HVAC models withArchitectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting disciplines.
  • Identify and resolveclashes and coordination issues using Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, sections, schedules, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure BIM models are developed in accordance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans, and relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, BIM coordinators, architects, and other project stakeholders.
  • Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain model integrity and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC BIM modeling.
  • Strong hands-on experience inRevit MEP andAutoCAD.
  • Experience withNavisworks and BIM coordination processes.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, equipment, and MEP coordination.
  • Experience working onlarge-scale commercial projects and/or airport projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates with experience inairports, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, high-rise developments, or other large-scale infrastructure projects will be preferred.
