What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

  • Leading and providing support in all aspects of multiple, large projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics, participant management and project content

  • Cooperate with all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client’s operational standards, tools and processes

  • Be the main point of contact for our clients and drive effective stakeholder management across all internal and external partners

  • Act as an advisor to client on matter of successful project delivery

  • Monitor timelines and event budgets to ensureon-time and on-budget delivery

  • Operate confidently under pressure, managing last‑minute changes while maintaining full compliance

What you’ll bring

Experience & skills

  • 5+ years of event project management experience in thepharmaceutical and/or healthcare industrywithin anevent agency

  • Knowledge ofhealthcare regulations in Germany and internationally

  • Budget creation, management, and consolidation experience

  • Ability to be highly resilient, keep calm under pressure, and comfortable operating in environments with complex processes and strict deadlines

  • Proficiency with delegate management tools, particularly withCvent

  • Fluency in spoken and writtenEnglish and German(No scrambled Eier ategg, bitte.)
