Senior Technical Product Manager, Developer Platform

We’re looking for aSenior Technical Product Manager, Developer Platform to join Procore’sPlatform Services / Cloud Platform Engineering team. In this role, you’ll treat our 1,000+ internal developers as your primary customers and take full ownership of the developer platform roadmap. You will shape the future of Procore’s developer platform by building for both human engineers and the thousands of AI agents operating alongside them.

As aSenior Technical Product Manager, Developer Platform, you’ll partner with engineering teams, architects, and security leads to turn infrastructure provisioning into a seamless, policy-driven platform capability. Use yourdeep technical experience,developer advocacy, andproduct vision to create golden paths that improve developer velocity across the entire organization. This position reports into theGroup Product Manager and will be based in ourCairo, Egypt office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• AI is central to how we work. You’ll be expected to master generative tools and agentic workflows, moving beyond just using AI to actively building the agentic future of construction

• Define and maintain "golden paths" for building, testing, and deploying across standard frameworks like Ruby and Go.

• Transform infrastructure provisioning into automated, policy-enforced platform capabilities that resolve in minutes.

• Embedsecurity,compliance, and cost governance directlyinto theplatform viapolicy-as-code and automated remediation.

• Standardize built-inobservability, distributed tracing, and real-time spend attribution across all newly created services.

• Designagent-native platform capabilities, typed interfaces, and audit trails that serve both human developers and AI agents.

• Establish and drive theoverarching technical product vision and standards for engineering practices across Procore.

• Engage with internal engineering teams to resolve architectural friction points and drive high platform adoption.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8+ years of experience building infrastructure, developer tools, or platforms at SaaS scale.

• Strongtechnical backgroundwith priorhands-onexperience as a Software Engineer, Systems Architect, SRE, or DevRel practitioner.

• Expertise inmoderncloudinfrastructure tools, includingKubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and secrets management.

• Deep knowledge oftelemetry andobservability tools, such as OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and logging/metrics aggregators.

• Proven track record of defining, launching, and driving adoption forcomplex technical products against engineering pushback.

• Strong collaborative mindset and temperament required topartner closely with skeptical senior engineersto co-create solutions.

• Practical understanding ofagenticdevelopment paradigms and how AIintegration impacts platform guarantees.
