We are expanding our Sales team! Â
Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a results-driven Sales professional to join our high performing New Business team. The Business Development Manager will play an important role in helping us grow our footprint across Australia and have substantial commercial and operational impact on business’ supply chains. You will be immersed in a vibrant and fast-paced culture, working with some brilliant individuals, and receive generous earnings with our uncapped commission scheme.Â
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Transport, Warehousing and Logistics and Supply Chain industry looking to move into a Sales role or already have the experience in Sales in the industry with a strong background in lead generation, building robust pipelines and supporting in securing new business opportunities.
- Strategically identify new opportunities, developing call cycles and thoroughly qualifying leads & sales opportunitiesÂ
- Develop and maintain a multi-sector pipeline of new business opportunities and ensure ongoing management of your opportunity pipeline
- Deliver an exceptional sales process from lead generation to onboarding, with management support for closing complex opportunitiesÂ
- Ensure cross-functional knowledge of the efm operating model, offering a truly tailored solution to each prospective customerÂ
- Involvement in the onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth transition for allÂ
- Work closely and effectively with a range of departments and stakeholders Â

What we’re looking for:Â
- 1 - 2 years’ work experience in a comparable Sales role in Logistics and Supply Chain ManagementÂ
- Genuine passion for Sales and curiosity of business models, processes and workflows​Â
- Experience within a fast-paced and complex business environmentÂ
- Proven success in sales and meeting KPI targetsÂ
- Ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the businessÂ
- Self-motivated and a natural drive to be your best and reap the rewardsÂ
- Problem-solving skills – willing to challenge the status quo​Â
- Analytical with a strong commercial acumen​Â
- Confident communicator – written and verbalÂ
