Program Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Act as the primary quality representative for assigned programs and customers.
• Review customer and contractual quality requirements and ensure compliance throughout program execution.
• Support customer meetings, program reviews, inspections, and readiness activities.
• Prepare and review customer quality deliverables, including End Item Data Packages, Certificates of Conformance, First Article Inspection documentation, and acceptance records.
• Manage nonconforming material and participate in Material Review Board activities.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective action efforts.
• Analyze quality data and identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support internal, customer, and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, compliance, and manufacturing performance.

What you need

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail –required
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements –required
• Experience managing nonconforming material and corrective actions –required
• Experience reviewing technical documentation and customer deliverables –required
• Quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related experience (3+ years) –required
• Aerospace, defense, semiconductor, microelectronics, optics, or other high-reliability manufacturing experience –preferred
• AS9100 Quality Management System experience –preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field –required
