Brown & Brownis seekinga Sr. Financial Consultantto join our growing team inPlano, TX!  

Leads and oversees the servicing of financial consulting needs for employee benefit clients. 

Utilizes industry knowledge andexpertise toretain clients by providing financial, industry trends, and strategic insights guiding clients through impactful benefit changes.  Independently evaluates financial andutilization metrics for clients including but not limited to monthly financial reports,utilizationmetrics and benchmarks as well as assist in negotiating renewal proposals and preparing and recommending plan changes and/or alternative funding recommendations. 

How You Will Contribute:  

• Oversight of monthly financial reports 

• Develop reporting requirements andcustomizations in those reports. 

• Support Benefit Consultants in preparing requests for meetings including coverages & contracts. 

• Participate in prospective client finalist presentations torepresent the Brown & Brown financial strategy 

• Performing demographic analysis, claims reviews, and other projects on prospective clients 

• Performs miscellaneous duties and projects. This includes involvement in presentations at client functions and meetings. 

• Able to perform all Senior Analyst Tasks 

Skills & Experience toBe Successful: 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability from industry experience 

• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment 

• Strong knowledge of and relationship with vendors 

• Microsoft Excel – Strong to expert level skills 

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills 

• Ability tomaintaina high level of confidentiality 

• 3 to 5 years of related experience 

• Proficient with Microsoft OfficeSuite 

• Strong knowledge of and relationships with vendors
