We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team in Butler. In this casual position, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our team in achieving store targets. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping customers find exactly what they need while maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing knowledgeable product advice and personalized assistance to all customers
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and store performance goals through proactive engagement and efficient service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and organized
• Assist with stock management, inventory control, and merchandising activities to keep the store running smoothly
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash responsibly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices consistently
• Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve customer experience and store efficiency
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed about current inventory and promotions
• Support special projects and promotional activities as needed
