Are you an experiencedAerospace DFMEA Engineer looking to make an impact in theaerospace industry? Join ALTEN and support acritical project in thecivil aerospace sector, where you’ll play a key role inDesign Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA). You’ll collaborate with a leading team to ensure the reliability and safety ofadvanced aerospace systems, working onsub-systems and design inputs that feed into critical project stages.
This is an opportunity to contribute toinnovative engineering solutions while working in adynamic and fast-paced environment. If you have a background ingeneral systems engineering with anelectrical or electronic focus, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- ProvideDFMEA support forsub-systems and design inputs, ensuring robust analysis and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team topass on critical inputs and align DFMEA work with project requirements.
- Work in amanaged service provider (MSP) environment, feeding into critical project stages.
- UtilizeMicrosoft Office tools for documentation and reporting, with exposure toDOORS as a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree inAerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, orrelevant technical military background with equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience inaerospace systems engineering, with a focus onDFMEA.
- Experience ingeneral systems engineering, preferably with anelectrical or electronic background.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in asecure environment withSC Clearance.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity withDOORS for requirements management.
- Experience working inmanaged service provider (MSP) environments.
- Knowledge ofaerospace systems orMRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes.
