eCommerce Coordinator

Geary Pacific Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvyeCommerce Coordinator to help manage and grow our online customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, organization, and customer service. As the eCommerce Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our website accurate, easy to use, and connected to the systems that support our business.

You'll work across departments—including Purchasing, Product Management, IT, and Customer Service—to make sure customers have the products, information, and online tools they need.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day maintenance and customer experience of the Geary Pacific website.
  • Keep website products, pricing, descriptions, specifications, and other product information accurate and up to date.
  • Partner with Purchasing to maintain current product listings and enriched product data.
  • Work with Product Managers to launch new products and update existing product lines.
  • Maintain website content and static pages to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Monitor website performance and work with our hosting and technology partners to resolve issues quickly.
  • Coordinate website enhancements, integrations, and improvements from implementation through launch.
  • Monitor the connection between the website and company ERP system to help ensure a reliable online shopping experience.
  • Help customers create and manage their online accounts and make the most of the website.
  • Develop training materials and resources to help employees and customers use the website effectively.
  • Respond promptly to customer, employee, and vendor questions by phone, email, text, and in person.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
  • Take on special projects and other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of related experience.
  • Strong data entry and data management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in the company's ERP system.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

HVAC or eCommerce experience is a plus, but we're looking for someone with the curiosity and ability to learn.
