• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses to identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps, and recommend the most effective learning approach.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to transform complex technical content into accurate, clear, and engaging learning experiences.
• Design and develop scalable learning solutions, including curricula, digital learning modules, scripts, storyboards, assessments, simulations, videos, AI-powered practice experiences, and performance-support materials.
• Lead learning projects from discovery through launch, including scope definition, project planning, timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, risk management, and coordination with developers, producers, designers, video editors, and external partners.
• Define success measures and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, engagement data, behavioral indicators, and relevant business or performance outcomes.

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, digital learning, technical content development, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions in English for technical or complex subject areas.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, performance consulting, assessment, and digital learning principles.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple learning or content-development projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to simplify complex topics without compromising accuracy.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience developing learning solutions for cybersecurity, enterprise software, cloud, networking, or other technical domains.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support analysis, content development, simulations, scenario-based practice, personalization, or learning evaluation.
• Experience with Articulate 360 or comparable digital learning development tools.
• Experience working with global audiences and cross-functional, international teams.
