As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application code to ensure functionality and performance. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing software, adapting to evolving client needs and project demands. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to align development efforts with project goals is also a key part of the daily routine, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication regarding project progress.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools to ensure software quality.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Good understanding of database management and query optimization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
