Finance Operations Coordinator

Finance Operations Coordinator – Global Wave Group 

Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based)  

Working hours: 1:30 - 10 P.M. 

Reports to: Head of Finance 

Key Responsibilities 

• Review and process daily client applications. 

• Handle daily document organization, filing, and classification. 

• Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations. 

Essential Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree; major in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 

• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal). 

• High execution capability; detail-oriented and responsible in work. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). 

• Willing to work non-standard New Zealand business hours.
