AI is transforming the way we work at GBST. Over the past two years, we've built strong foundations for AI adoption across our business. As we enter the next phase of our AI journey, we're creating an exciting opportunity for an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to help shape it.

Working across our global teams in Sydney, London and Vietnam, you'll identify opportunities to create value with AI, influence strategic direction, and turn innovative ideas into practical outcomes. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to accelerate adoption, build capability and confidence, and ensure our people have the tools, knowledge and support to use AI effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategy, technology, change management and stakeholder engagement, and is energised by the opportunity to embed AI into the way people work, collaborate and innovate every day. Specifically, you'll be:

Drive AI Adoption & Business Value

• Partner with business and technology teams to identify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities.

• Turn ideas into practical solutions by developing business cases, proof of concepts and implementation plans.

• Lead the adoption of approved AI tools, reusable assets and best practices across the organisation.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for AI use cases, tool onboarding and MCP requests.

Enable Responsible AI

• Coordinate AI governance, risk assessment and approval processes.

• Drive compliance with AI policies, privacy requirements and responsible AI principles.

• Ensure AI initiatives align with security, risk and compliance frameworks.

• Maintain clear governance documentation, reporting and registers.

Build AI Capability

• Coordinate and deliver engaging AI training, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Create practical resources such as guides, FAQs, prompt libraries and playbooks.

• Build AI confidence and literacy across both technical and non-technical teams

What you'll bring

We are looking for an experienced AI, transformation or enablement professional who combines strong business acumen with a consultative, stakeholder focused approach. You'll bring a proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, uncover business challenges, shape high-impact AI opportunities and deliver meaningful adoption outcomes that create real value.

Other attributes we are looking for include:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Kiro or similar enterprise AI platforms, backed by a strong understanding of Responsible AI principles.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience designing and delivering training, workshops, communications and adoption programs for diverse audiences.

• Experience working within governance, risk or regulated environments, with the ability to measure adoption outcomes, lead AI governance processes and drive continuous improvement across multiple business functions.
