About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiasticCafé Supervisor to join the opening team at TRIA Café, a café set in the heart of Fitzgerald’s Park. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll help lead daily operations, ensure high service standards, and support the front-of-house team in delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

Salary €15.15 - €17.15

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily operation of the café and lead by example

Supervise, motivate, and support the team on shift

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and food safety

Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently

Assist with staff training, ordering, stock control, and reporting

Requirements

1–2 years of supervisory experience in a café or hospitality setting

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

A positive attitude and a hands-on approach

Flexibility to work weekends and park event days

Barista experience is a plus
