As a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor, a typical day will include:  

• Inspects storage areas for organization, use ofFirstIn First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.   

• Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor,checks stock, and requisitions necessary supplies.   

• Leads shifts and supervises associates as scheduled. 

• Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, andwell-being of guests.   

• Assists other departments when needed to ensureoptimum service to guests.   

• Ensures associates are trainedin company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.   

• Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.   

• Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction. 

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests andanticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become aFood & Beverage Ops Supervisor at MVW:  

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time. 

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs withoutassistance. 

• Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policyin accordance with applicable legal requirements.
