Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) Manager Chantier. Sous la responsabilité du directeur d'agence, ce poste est à pourvoir à Carquefou.

Votre objectif est de manager quotidiennement l’équipe de techniciens de maintenance, assurer leur engagement, assurer le recrutement, et garantir la formation et la sécurité. Vous êtes également garant de la bonne exécution du contrat vis-à-vis du client et vous êtes son interlocuteur privilégié.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

• Assurer la sécurité des techniciens, la qualité et la conformité des installations.
• Etre le point de contact des clients afin d’assurer le respect des obligations et des attentes
• Diriger l'exécution des opérations de maintenance et les prestations des sous-traitants sur le terrain.
• Organiser des formations avec les techniciens.
• Maintenir la satisfaction du client, en gérant les budgets de main-d'œuvre et de matériel.
• Améliorer l'efficacité en gérant les itinéraires et les taux de rappel.
• Fournir une assistance technique, travailler avec les ingénieurs commerciaux sur l'estimation des ventes.
• Autoriser des travaux et assurer le suivi de leur exécution.
• Conduire le changement pour améliorer l'efficacité et la communication

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Vous justifiez d’une ou plusieurs expériences significatives dans le management opérationnel et idéalement dans le secteur des ascenseurs
• Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en électricité, électrotechnique et mécanique afin de maîtriser l'aspect technique du métier
• A l'aise à l'oral, vos capacités relationnelles vous permettent de fédérer une équipe et de tisser des liens avec vos clients
• Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité d'organisation et de planification
• Professionnel(le) engagé(e), la sécurité est votre priorité
