Hourly Wage: $16 + tips

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $500 increments at 30 and 90 days, paid on the following paycheck. If eligible, you must be actively employed and actively performing services for the Company on the applicable eligibility date at the time the payment is made.

As aPoolServer, a typical day will include:  

• Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.   

• Communicatesadditional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.   

• Maintainsanopen line of communication with guests throughout the day to ensure all guest needs are accommodated. 

• Followsappropriate procedures for serving alcohol. 

• Works outside ontheresort pool and recreation areas.Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each foodcourse and/orbeverage.   

• Answers questions on menu selections and checks with kitchen staff wheneveradditional clarification is necessary.   

• Processes all payment methodsin accordance withAccounting procedures and policies.   

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests andanticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become aPoolServer at MVW:  

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time. 

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs withoutassistance. 

• Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policyin accordance with applicable legal requirements.
