What can you expect?

As part of the Regional Construction Practice, you’ll support client servicing, broking, and business development activities in a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will:

• Assist with client portfolio management and day-to-day servicing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
• Support the preparation of client deliverables, including briefing notes, placement documents, coverage summaries, and RFP responses
• Contribute to client and prospect presentations and attend meetings to support business development
• Assist in the design and placement of reinsurance programs for large and complex construction projects
• Help gather, review, and compare reinsurance terms and coverage options
• Liaise with reinsurers to negotiate terms and secure appropriate solutions for clients
• Support timely and accurate processing of invoices, premium calculations, policy documentation, certificates, and related records
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
• Continue developing your technical knowledge and professional expertise

What do we look for?

• A fresh graduate or a recent graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
• High levels of organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel across the region when required
