We are seeking an experiencedStaff Engineer to design, build, and deliver intelligent Agentic AI solutions. You will bring deep Python engineering expertise combined with strong web application, DevOps, and AWS knowledge. Beyond technical delivery, you will play a key role intechnical leadership, mentoring, and shaping engineering standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-gradeAgentic AI solutions using Python, Agent SDKs, and LangGraph

• Architectmulti-agent workflows, orchestration pipelines, and autonomous reasoning systems

• Build and maintainbackend services and APIs to support agentic capabilities

• Implementobservability, tracing, and evaluation frameworks using LangFuse and HoneyHive

• DriveLLM evaluation practices including response quality, hallucination detection, and agent performance benchmarking

• ChampionDevOps best practices — CI/CD, containerisation, IaC, and automated testing

• Design and manageAWS cloud infrastructure for agentic system deployment and scaling

• Leadcode reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and security

• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence

• Drive adoption of emergingAgentic AI tools and frameworks across the team.

Required Skills:

• 10-15 Years of experience into Advanced Python, design patterns, performance optimisation, FastAPI/Flask/Django, TDD

• RESTful APIs, microservices, OAuth2/JWT, OWASP security principles

• GitHub Actions/Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS Fargate, Terraform/CDK, DevSecOps, secrets management

• ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, Bedrock, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch

• Agent design, multi-agent orchestration, LangGraph, LangChain, Agent SDKs (OpenAI/Bedrock), CrewAI/AutoGen

• LangFuse, HoneyHive for tracing, monitoring, and debugging agentic workflows

• Response quality assessment, hallucination detection, agent performance benchmarking, eval pipeline design

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors of Engineering or BTech or equivalent graduation
