Healthcare Business Development Specialist

We are seeking motivated individuals to help drive the growth of our business. The amount of time you put in is completely up to you—whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or plan to simply reach out to your existing network. Regardless of the time commitment, your income potential is unlimited.

Ideally, we’re looking for professionals with established healthcare contacts in "provider" settings, though we’re also open to individuals eager to build new connections. Your main responsibility would be making introductions to decision-makers who are interested in our services. From there, our team will handle the entire process, including closing the deal.

For every client that signs, you’ll earn a $1,000 referral fee for every candidate that starts, and this fee will continue for every individual who starts a job with the client—no cap on the number of hires or time involved. A typical client might need 50-150 positions filled, but for larger health systems, that number could exceed 1,000. With an abundance of candidates in our pipeline, we have the capacity to meet the staffing needs of any size organization.

Our company specializes in international recruitment, helping hospitals, long-term care (LTC) facilities, and other patient care settings find top talent, including RNs, MTs, therapists, and providers. All our candidates are direct hire, W2 employees—this is not a staffing agency arrangement. We’ve developed a proven process for sourcing candidates and navigating the immigration process, ensuring that the roles we take on are filled reliably and efficiently. We typically fill every role we are given.

This is a 100% commission-based role with no performance obligations. The effort you put in is entirely up to you—whether you're looking to supplement your income or make it a full-time endeavor, the potential for earnings is significant.
