Director, IT Project Management

Summary

Provides strategic leadership across multiple teams or disciplines, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals and execution of operational and functional strategies. Acts as a senior advisor to leadership, driving cross-functional initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct development and execution of functional strategies aligned with enterprise priorities
  • Lead cross-functional programs, tools, and technology implementations to improve operations
  • Oversee integrated project portfolios and ensure delivery, consistency, and risk mitigation
  • Shape governance standards, performance measures, and compliance expectations
  • Optimize processes using analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities while driving cost improvements
  • Oversee vendor strategy, contracts, and service-level performance
  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
  • Drive change management and adoption of transformation initiatives
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What You Bring

  • Advanced knowledge of operations, program management, governance, and strategic planning
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with performance measurement frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead multi-team portfolios and influence senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in organizational design, change leadership, and workforce strategy

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs or transformations
  • Exposure to governance models, compliance standards, and regulated environments
  • Background working with senior executives and cross-enterprise stakeholders
  • Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$120,800 - $201,400
