Production Engineer | Polystyrene field I Saudi Arabia

We are currently hiring for the following position with our reputed client in thePetrochemical Industry (PK South Division):

Position Details

Position: Production Engineer
Department: PPS Operation
Location: PK South - KSA

Salary Mentioned is Basic + Transportation Allowance + Housing Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Review and auditmaterials & energy balances to identify process efficiency, yields, and losses

• Preparedaily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production reports

• Completemonthly SAP closing and handle all relatedSAP transactions (Purchase Requisition, PO, GR, and Service Entry Sheet)

• Ensure plant operation within design limits and maintain product quality as per specifications

• Optimize process parameters to achieveplant KPIs

• Participate intechnical and feasibility studies for plant projects

• Coordinate with support departments to resolve bottlenecks and improve performance

• Monitorsustainability parameters, provide technical solutions, and prepare sustainability reports

• Reviewtechnical/change/vendor reports and support implementation of improvements

• SupportEHSS/Quality teams in investigation and reporting

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Experience: Minimum15 years in thePolystyrene field (EPS, HIPS, and GPPS)

• Strong technical knowledge ofpetrochemical operations

• Sound understanding ofHealth, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations

• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handlemultiple tasks and work under pressure

• Process improvement mindset and strong command of written & spoken English
