TheOrder to Cash Senior Financial Analyst Iwill be responsible for financial planning and analysiswithin the OTC cycle. This position will require partnership across multiple stakeholders within the organization and will have significant exposure and growth opportunities supported by a management team committed to associate development. Â

What You Will Do:Â
Prepare monthly reportingfor accounts receivable data, including past due, DSO,customer level analysis, deduction / short-pay trends,aged credit / debitsÂ
Support the annual plan process by partnering withGBS+collections, division finance, and cross-functional leadershipto drive business unit level past due and DSOplanning and ownershipÂ
Support monthlycorporate and business unit level reviews of past due AR and DSOplanning and performance with analysis and reportingÂ
Develop and prepare ad hoc analysisrelated to various OTC topics toaid in driving improved business performance (non-standard requests, complex driver analysis, system/data discrepanciesimpacting accounts receivable and related reserves)Â
Lead analysis of accounts receivable data supporting monthly / quarterlyAR subledger and balance sheet account adjustmentsÂ
Serve as data and reporting subject matter expert bridging OTC function with otherfunctions such as IT, corporate accounting, andbusiness unitsÂ

Minimum Qualifications:Â
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldÂ
4 yearsof accounting and/or finance experienceÂ
Â
Preferred Qualifications:Â
Financial Planning & Analysis experience with the ability to develop, implement, interpret, and leverage financial models to support business decision-makingÂ
Experience identifying key business performance metrics and developing clear, actionable management reporting and dashboardsÂ
Strong quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights and recommendationsÂ
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial and operational information to both financial and non-financial audiences, including senior leadershipÂ
Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Strong understanding and usage of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with advanced functionalityÂ
BI Fluency - familiarity with analytic tools such as Power BI and Alteryx, with an understanding of basic data modelsÂ
Experience with SAP and Oracle HFM / EPM is a plusÂ
