The client is a fast-growing U.S. marketing agency specializing in helping law firms dominate their local markets. They transform legal practices by implementing digital strategies that boost visibility, establish authority, and consistently deliver high-quality leads.

About the Role

We’re hiring aproactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the team with day-to-day digital marketing activities. You’ll help manage social media content, email campaigns, marketing platforms, and recurring workflows while keeping everything organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics forGoogle Business Profile content and posts.
• Create graphics forsocial media posts.
• Schedule social media posts and videos acrossYouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Schedule email blasts and newsletters usingLawmatics and GoHighLevel.
• Build and maintaindirectory listings.
• Supportlink-building activities.
• Build and managereview request campaign automations in GoHighLevel.
• Manage multiple marketing tasks, deadlines, and recurring workflows.
• Support other marketing activities and projects as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken –Non-negotiable.
• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience creating and managing content across social and digital channels.
• Experience withGoHighLevel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience withLawmatics.
• Experience managingGoogle Business Profile content.
• Experience with directory listings and link building.
• Experience with marketing automation and review request campaigns.
• Experience working with law firms or legal marketing.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.

Benefits

• Stable, full-time role with consistent hours (M–F, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST).

• Compensation:$1,200/month.
