AI Developer

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented AI Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions leveraging Microsoft's AI and cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI applications that drive real business value.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop cloud-native AI solutions using Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
• Build and integrate large language model (LLM) pipelines, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows into enterprise applications
• Develop serverless microservices and event-driven architectures on the Azure platform
• Implement and optimize AI Search indexes, semantic ranking, and hybrid retrieval strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI-powered features
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards through testing, monitoring, and iterative improvement
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal best practices around AI engineering

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years in software or AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions(consumption or premium plans, durable functions a plus)
• Practical knowledge of Azure AI Search — index design, skillsets, semantic search, and vector search
• Experience working within Microsoft Azure AI Foundry (prompt flows, model deployments, evaluations)
• Proficiency in Python and/or C#
• Solid understanding of REST API design and integration patterns
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with Azure Container Apps or Kubernetes (AKS)
• Exposure to responsible AI principles and content safety tooling
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone)
• Microsoft Azure AI/Data certifications (e.g., AI-102, DP-100)
