Role and Responsibilities:

As aJava Developer atDVT, you will play a crucial role in designing and building advanced, scalable systems. You will work across a diverse tech stack, contributing to the development of high-performance applications.

• Core Java & Frameworks: LeverageOracle/OpenJDK,Jakarta EE,MicroProfile,Micronaut, and theSpring ecosystem (Spring Core, MVC, Boot, Data, Streams, Cloud, Security) to build robustmicroservices architectures.

• API Development: Design and manage APIs usingOpenAPI (YAML), SOAP, RESTful services, and GraphQL.

• Front-End Integration: Collaborate with front-end teams working withReactJS, VueJS, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Backend Expertise: Work with powerful backend technologies such asApache Kafka, JMS, JTA, AMQP, and enterprise web services.

• Architecture Patterns: Implementevent-driven architectures, microservices, and selectively utilisemonolithic architectures when necessary. Work withserverless functions (Functions-as-a-Service) where applicable.

• Data Solutions: Develop scalable data solutions usingJPA, Hibernate, NoSQL, MongoDB, and variousRDBMS (both on-premises and cloud-managed, includingAWS and Azure).

• Cloud & Containerization: UtilizeAWS cloud services and deploy scalable applications usingDocker and Kubernetes.

• Testing & Automation: Ensure high-quality, reliable software usingJUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber for test automation.

• Source control management & CI/CD Pipelines: GIT based source control management such as GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab. Implement and utilise best practices inContinuous Integration (CI) andContinuous Deployment/Delivery (CD) to streamline software development and release processes.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Java Development (Java 11-17 or higher).

• 5+ years of experience with SpringBoot

• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
