This is not an event coordinator role.

Your Mission

Create the most progressive event solutions in the industry.

From major music festivals and sports arenas to food events and public gatherings, you will connect packaging, reusable systems, composting solutions, and customer experience into winning concepts that generate both commercial value and environmental impact.

What You'll Do

Build Business

• Hunt down and secure partnerships with festivals, venues, and large-scale events

• Turn opportunities into profitable business cases

• Create scalable event business models that can be replicated across markets

Drive Innovation

• Develop game-changing event concepts combining:

  • Food packaging solutions

  • Reuse systems

  • Deposit-return schemes

  • Circular waste management

• Bring customer insights directly into product and service innovation

Make Sustainability Visible

• Turn sustainability from a compliance topic into a competitive advantage

• Design solutions that reduce waste and create measurable circular impact

• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and emerging trends

Create Experiences

• Bring our brands to life where thousands of people experience them firsthand

• Build concepts that customers want to copy and competitors wish they had invented

Execute Relentlessly

• Lead projects from pitch to live event

• Coordinate stakeholders across sales, operations, logistics, product development, sustainability, and external partners
