Benefits Coordinator will support client financial management in accordance with all Federal and State and Company regulations in addition to processing specific financial tasks related to the individuals and organization.Â
What You Will Get To Do:Â
Maintaining and verifying client accounts Â
Verify household ledgers (grocery, cash, EBT)Â
Processing payments and managing bills for supported individualsÂ
Maintain relationships with internal and external and stakeholdersÂ
Timely and professional communication with external Representative Payee'sÂ
Prepare annual Individual Financial Plans (IFP) for clientsÂ
Develop and submit monthly expense reportsÂ
Ensuring client funds are handled in accordance with Washington Administrative codesÂ
Maintain regular communication with supervisor and attend management team meetings as neededÂ
Maintain accurate tracking of all financial transactions for consumers and clear records for auditory purposesÂ
What Makes You a Great Fit:Â
Experience with I/DD populationpreferred Â
High School Diploma or GED Â
Working knowledge of financial, accounting, banking and account reconciliation procedures.Â
Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.Â
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skillsÂ
