JOB DESCRIPTION:
Data & Reporting Analyst
Remote, US

We are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to support enterprise reporting, data analysis, and system integration initiatives across finance and operational platforms. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining reports and data pipelines using SQL, Oracle ERP, and ServiceNow systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in database structures, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. This role will actively participate in and support various global finance process/controls improvement and financial systems transformation projects.
What you’llDrive:
Report Development: Design, build, and maintain custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support daily operations and strategic goals
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to define key metrics, gather reporting requirements, and present findings in an easily understandable format
Data Extraction & Management: Collect raw data from various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, SQL databases), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Supports applications and solutions delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate requirements and validate proposed solutions
Data Governance: Audit data regularly, identify data quality issues, and support data cleansing and standardization initiatives
Automation & Documentation: Reduce manual reporting efforts through automation. Document data dictionaries, reporting procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Drives simplification and standardization strategies across brands
Collaborates with corporate finance and IT teams to provide ad hoc support on complex subjects and analytic projects to support strategic initiatives
Understands data integrations to ensure efficient data exchange across systems
Works collaboratively with various IT teams to design and deliver optimized, user- friendly reporting solutions as well as cost effective historical data archiving solutions
What you’llBring:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance
4-6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
General ERP Financial Module experience (GL, FA, Projects. etc) required, Oracle Cloud ERP strongly preferred
Strong experience with advanced data analysis tools (Oracle BI/OTBI preferred; Tableau, PowerBI, others accepted)
Strong experience in querying languages (SQL) – ability to edit and write from scratch
Process-oriented with the ability to gather, structure and analyse data from multiple data sources and brands
Experience developing and maintaining KPI’s in ServiceNow
Experience in leveraging technology to improve business processes
Experience in defining, scoping, and managing process and technology initiatives
Ability to communicate/present to management
Strong initiative-taker with a resilient, solution minded approach to complex problems
Ability to partner with others to simplify complex processes, break down barriers and incorporate the ideas of others
Demonstrated experience in the software development lifecycle
