Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced.NET Full Stack Tech Leadto lead technical design and development of scalable enterprise applications using.NET 8, Microservices, React, and Azure. The role will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and hands-on development while ensuring high-quality engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of.NET 8, C#, and Microservicesapplications.
• Define coding standards, design patterns, architecture, and development best practices.
• Develop scalableREST APIs and backend services.
• Build modern UI applications usingReact, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Material UI.
• Design and optimizeSQL Serverdatabases.
• Lead cloud development and deployment usingAzure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Mentor senior and junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with client development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning.
• Guide the team in effective usage ofAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claudeto improve productivity and code quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in.NET 8+, C#, REST APIs, Microservices, React, Redux, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Strong understanding ofSOLID principles and Design Patterns.
• Experience withDocker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS services including App Services, Functions, AKS, and API Management.
• Experience withOAuth, JWT, Azure AD, Redis, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
• Experience with code-quality/security tools such asSonarQube/Sonar and Veracode.
• Hands-on experience using and guiding teams onAI-assisted development tools.

Good to Have

OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ArgoCD, Redis, Azure Functions, Kubernetes/AKS, and observability tools.

Education

BE/ME/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
