The Warehouse Team Member II uses standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform receiving, inventory, and unloading of delivery trucks. MaintainsĀ accurateĀ accountability of inventory and variances, ensures First In/First Out (FIFO) product rotation, and conducts replenishment of pick locations to support outbound operations as needed.Ā AssistsĀ with auditing and other warehouse functions as needed, e.g., loading trailers. Maintains a safe work area through general housekeeping and properĀ lifting, andĀ performs sanitation functions asĀ required. Wears required PPE.Ā 

Shift: 4am-12:30pm; Sunday-Thursday

Hourly Rate: $22/HR

ICL / Receiver DutiesĀ 

  • Operate scanner so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accuratelyĀ 

  • Ensure that Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork isĀ accurate, including quantity, size, and dateĀ 

  • Use "First In, First Out" (FIFO) procedure to ensure proper rotation of existing stockĀ 

  • Receive incoming product shipments and compare vendor inventory sheet or distribution purchase order to product received for accuracy and inventory control, using a handheld scannerĀ 

  • Rotate all productsĀ locatedĀ in coolers or rackingĀ 

  • Apply material inventory (MI) product casing with delivery receipt dateĀ 

  • Alert warehouse leader to any discrepancies in product amounts receivedĀ 

  • Inspect product for quality and check temperatures to ensure product is delivered within specificationsĀ 

  • RespondĀ timelyĀ to emails in Outlook andĀ FourKitesĀ 

  • Stage items correctly for loaders and delivery, when necessaryĀ 

  • AssistĀ with warehouse team member loading responsibilities when neededĀ 

  • Update inventory through data entry of product informationĀ 

  • Work with leadership and loaders to correct material inventory (MI) variances that have beenĀ identifiedĀ 

  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory is correctĀ 

  • Conduct quarterly wall-to-wall inventory countsĀ 

  • Order vegetables, mushrooms, and salads, if necessaryĀ 

  • Participate in weekly meetings with central inventory (CIM)Ā 

  • Responsible for properly handling product returns, e.g., return to inventory or discardĀ 

  • Review daily inventory numbers to ensure the Supply Chain Center has adequate levels for daily shipmentĀ 

  • Ensure the area is clean and free of debrisĀ 

  • Two or more years ofĀ previousĀ experience in warehouse or inventory management; SAP experience a plusĀ 

  • High School diploma or equivalentĀ 

  • Experience working with an RF scanner and warehouse management systems (WMS)Ā 

  • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory controlĀ 

  • Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionĀ 

  • Must be professional and courteous in dealings with internal and external customersĀ 

  • Keen attention to detailĀ 

  • Ability to use a forklift or walking pallet jack for transporting/lifting loads within the warehouseĀ 

  • Must successfully pass a background check every third year on anniversary dateĀ 

  • Adherence to Attendance PolicyĀ 

  • Understand andĀ utilizeĀ safe lifting practicesĀ 

  • Follow Domino's dress code standardsĀ 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadershipĀ 

  • Maintain forklift, pallet jack, and scissor lift certificationsĀ
