💲 Pay: $60,000 – $100,000 per year with performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

Restaurant Operations

• Managedaily restaurant operations including food preparation, pizza production, delivery operations, and customer service

• Ensure compliance withfood safety, sanitation, and health department standards

• Maintain excellentproduct quality, order accuracy, and speed of service

• Monitorinventory levels, food cost, and supply usage

• Maintain aclean and organized restaurant environment

Team Leadership

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant employees

• Lead and developAssistant Managers, Shift Leaders, delivery drivers, and insiders

• Create weeklyemployee schedules and manage labor costs

• Coach team members to deliver outstandingcustomer service

• Build a positive and motivatedrestaurant team culture

Customer Experience

• Ensure every customer receivesfast, friendly service

• Resolvecustomer complaints and service issues professionally

• Maintain high standards forcustomer satisfaction

Financial Performance

• Manage restaurantsales, labor costs, and food costs

• Monitorstore performance metrics and profitability

• Ensure propercash handling, deposits, and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience as aRestaurant Manager/ General Manager

• Strong leadership andteam management skills

• Ability to work in afast-paced restaurant environment

• Experience withemployee scheduling, hiring, and training

• Knowledge ofinventory management and cost control

• Excellentcommunication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to50 pounds

• Ability to work in abusy kitchen and restaurant environment
