We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roberts, WI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Assist in all areas of the operations including prepping, preparing, and packing products 
  • Respond to customer questions about products, services, and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Identify and communicate common customer concerns to management
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products, services, and policies
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening abilities and empathy towards customers
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including order processing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling refunds
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and data entry
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Conflict resolution skills to handle challenging customer situations professionally
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Enthusiasm for learning about new products and services
