We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roberts, WI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Assist in all areas of the operations including prepping, preparing, and packing products
- Respond to customer questions about products, services, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Identify and communicate common customer concerns to management
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening abilities and empathy towards customers
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including order processing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling refunds
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and data entry
- Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Conflict resolution skills to handle challenging customer situations professionally
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Enthusiasm for learning about new products and services
