Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Columbia, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling and financial reporting procedures
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
- Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in retail or food service operations (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and individual targets
