We are looking for aCustomer Service Representative, reporting directly to our Customer Service Manager. As a member of DOGA's Supply Chain team, he/she will act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring the efficient management of customer orders from receipt to delivery while proactively monitoring delivery commitments and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
Manage the complete customer order cycle, from order entry to final delivery.
Monitor open orders and delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Transportation to resolve supply and delivery issues.
Keep customers informed about order status, delivery dates, and potential delays.
Coordinate national and international shipments with logistics providers.
Manage transport documentation and operations according to Incoterms.
Maintain accurate order information and customer data in SAP.
Analyze customer demand, forecasts, and delivery performance to anticipate risks and improve service levels.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Service and Supply Chain processes.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Vocational education or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain.
Fluent English (mandatory).
A second language, preferably French or German, will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge in transportation management and Incoterms is valued.
Customer orientation.
