- Pay Rate: $22.78 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Prepare, scan, review, and save manufacturing order documents to ensure complete, accurate, and properly organized electronic records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare manufacturing order documents for scanning by removing paperwork from plastic holders and removing staples.
- Occasionally tape torn, damaged, or irregular pages as needed to help documents feed through the scanner properly.
- Scan manufacturing order documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Review scanned documents for completeness, legibility, and correct page orientation.
- Inspect and verify document metadata for accuracy before saving each file.
- Save scanned documents to the appropriate electronic location using established naming and filing conventions.
- Re-scan or correct documents when quality, orientation, or metadata issues are identified.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow document preparation, scanning, naming, and filing procedures.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with scanning equipment and electronic folders.
- Ability to perform repetitive document-handling tasks and work independently.
- Must understand instructions in English.
Preferred Skills
- Spanish language skills a plus.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- The primary work area is an office; however, the role involves handling manufacturing documents that may contain dust, dirt, grease, or other residue.
- Handle dirty/grimy documents and lift file boxes up to 25 lbs; gloves provided.
