The Project Operations Analyst I (POA I) supports the assigned department or functional team with guidance on assigned projects and tasks. The POA I develops skills by working closely with other members of the project team, client, clinical/scientific teams, and/or internal and external clients and vendors as needed for successful project execution
What You Will Do:
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinatesassignedclinicalprojectactivities,ensuringadherencetotimelines,SOPs,qualitystandards,andperformancemetrics.
- Supportsprojectplanningandexecutionthroughmilestonetracking,recruitmentforecasting,communicationplans,andtrainingdocumentation.
- Identifiesoperationalrisks,supportsissueresolution,andcontributestoCAPAimplementationandprojectcomplianceactivities.
- MaintainsTMF/eTMFqualityandinspectionreadiness,includingQC/QRreviewsanddocumentmanagementactivities.
- Assistswithvendoroversight,resourcecoordination,invoiceapprovals,andstakeholdercommunicationacrossprojectteams.
- Supportsprojectreporting,financialtracking,operationaldatareviews,anddataqualitymanagementtoensureaccuratestudyoversight.
- Contributestostudycloseoutactivities,systemupdates,documentationreconciliation,andsuccessfulprojectdelivery.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’sdegreeinLifeSciences,Healthcare,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.
- PreviousexperienceasaProjectAnalyst,ProjectAssistant,orsimilarprojectsupportrolewithinaCROenvironment.
- Proactive,hands-on,andsolution-orientedproblemsolver.
- FluencyinEnglish,bothoralandwritten,withexcellentcommunicationskills.
- Process-drivenwithstrongattentiontodetailandsuperiororganizationalskills.
- Dedicatedteamplayer.
- Experiencemanagingmultiple,variedtaskssimultaneouslyandindependently.
- Analyticalanddata-drivenmindsetwithadvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftExcel.
