As a Clinical Project Manager at ICON, you will be responsible for leading and coordinate project activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do:

Your focus will be on coordinating project and programme management delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

• Leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track.

• Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.

• Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

Your Profile:

You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field, with relevant experience in clinical research and clinical project management.
•  Proven experience managingclinical trials from study start-up through close-out, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.
• Strong understanding ofclinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
•  Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinatecross-functional clinical study teams, effectively managing priorities, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
•  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships withsponsors, internal teams, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
•  Experience with clinical trial management systems and project management tools;PMP or other relevant project management certification is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to managing clinical study challenges.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
