You will support critical production activities, perform quality checks, and ensure equipment isoperating effectively to meet customer and business requirements.Ā

Ā
As an Operator ā Equipment ā I, you willbe responsible for:Ā
Setting up, monitoring, and operating manufacturing equipmentin accordance with production requirements and safety procedures.Ā
Operating equipment such as rewind machines, cover lines, packagers, tape/braiders, plastic extruders, and related production equipment.Ā
Operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously, asrequired.Ā
Performing cable repair, patching, or splicing activities where applicable.Ā
Conducting quality assurance checksin accordance with manufacturing, engineering, and ISO requirements.Ā
Reading and interpreting routine work instructions and production documentation.Ā
Performing basic mathematical calculations to support manufacturing activities.Ā
Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment safely and effectively.Ā
Operating material handling equipment and overheadcranes, or obtaining required certifications.Ā
Supporting reel changes and coiler operations tomaintain production flow.Ā
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Ā
Following all company safety procedures, policies, and attendance expectations.Ā
Ā
To be Successful in this Role, You Will:Ā
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.Ā
Have a minimum of 6 months ofprevious manufacturing experience.Ā
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ā
Have experience using hand tools and power tools.Ā
Be able to read and interpret routine instructions and production documents.Ā
Possess basic mathematical and measurement skills.Ā
Demonstrate strong attendance and reliability.Ā
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ā
Have forklift experience (preferred but notrequired).Ā
Be willing and able to obtain certifications for material handling equipment and overhead crane operation, whererequired.Ā

Work ScheduleĀ
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMĀ
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMĀ
Monday through FridayĀ
Saturdays as needed (overtime may berequired)Ā
Standard workweek of36-40 hours, withadditional overtime opportunities based on business needs. Overtime is not guaranteed each week.Ā
