We’re hiringCustomer Service Agents to join afast-paced call center environment supporting customers across the U.S. In this role, you’ll handleinbound and outbound calls, verify information, and helpresolve alarm events quickly and professionally.

This is ahigh-volume, customer-focused role ideal for individuals who canthink fast, communicate clearly, and multitask with confidence.

💵 Pay & Schedule

• $17/hour | Weekly Pay

• 🕒  2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

• May includeweekends & holidays

• 📍On-site in Tulsa 

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Handleinbound & outbound calls related to alarm activity

• Verify customer information and assess situations quickly

• Coordinate with emergency services when needed

• Managemultiple systems, calls, and alerts at once

• Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures

• Provideprofessional, timely support in urgent situations

👀 This Role is a Good Fit For

• Call center or high-volume customer service experience

• Retail / restaurant backgrounds used familiar with fast paced environments

• Hotel, front desk/admin, loss prevention, dispatch, or support roles

• Individuals comfortable withback-to-back calls & multitasking

✅ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) with GOOD job history

• Typing 30+ WPM

• Reliable attendance is a must

• Ability to passbackground check, drug screen, and assessments
