Director of Finance / Controller
📍 Vaughan, ON |💰 $160K–$190K
We’re partnering with a privately held, family-owned real estate investment and development group with a diversified portfolio across the GTA and the U.S.
They’re looking for aDirector of Finance / Controller to take ownership of financial reporting and partner closely with the CFO/COO to drive performance across a multi-entity, cross-border platform.
Key focus:

Lead all financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual)
Manage consolidations, intercompany, and entity-level reporting
Oversee audits and external advisors
Deliver property-level reporting across asset classes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Strengthen controls, cash management, and processes
Lead and mentor the accounting team

What they’re looking for:

CPA
7–12+ years of progressive experience
Real estate experience (industrial, office, retail, or multi-family)
Strong multi-entity + consolidation experience
U.S. exposure is a strong asset
