What you'll do...

Role summary:
The Director, Global Fulfillment & Services Finance will be a finance partner for the capabilities that make Walmart Marketplace fast, reliable, and scalable. This leader will connect growth, customer experience, and network economics across Walmart Fulfillment Services, seller-fulfilled delivery, local marketplace models, and fulfillment capabilities. The role will shape investment, pricing, and operating-model decisions while ensuring that growth creates sustainable enterprise value. The successful candidate will combine strong operational and financial judgment with the ability to influence Supply Chain, Operations, Product, Technology, and Marketplace leaders in an environment where customer promise, seller economics, and cost to serve are closely linked.

About the team:
Walmart’s Global Marketplace Finance team collaborates with leaders to advance key growth initiatives by delivering clear financial insights. The team supports expanded assortment, faster fulfillment, and reliable customer and seller experiences through partnership across Marketplace, Walmart Fulfillment Services, and enterprise groups. They translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes via long-term planning, forecasting, and performance management. This team values intellectual curiosity, ownership, and practical problem-solving, providing opportunities to influence senior leadership and shape the future of Walmart’s global digital marketplace.

What you'll do:
Provide finance support for fulfillment growth, cost to serve, capacity, pricing, productivity, and strategic investments. Develop decision frameworks and business cases for network design, automation, speed, inventory placement, seller programs, and new operating models. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Marketplace leaders to identify opportunities, resolve trade-offs, and improve unit economics. Translate complex operational data into clear executive recommendations and measurable actions. Establish performance routines and accountability across key initiatives. Develop finance talent, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and flex across WFS, seller-fulfilled, local, and broader Marketplace priorities as the fulfillment portfolio continues to evolve and scale.

• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ability to manage complex financial controls and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive business performance.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and communicating actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Experience overseeing budgeting processes and evaluating operational costs to optimize resource allocation.
