Production Manager to Nordic fintech company

Join a Nordic fintech challenger as aProduction Manager and play a key role in keeping a fast-paced in-house creative studio running at full speed while supporting the rollout of a brand refresh.
About the role
You will take ownership of the operational side of the studio, ensuring that daily production runs smoothly. Working closely with a team of three and reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for planning resources, managing workflows, safeguarding quality, and coordinating stakeholders across the marketing organisation.
The role also includes supporting the implementation of an updated brand platform, making it particularly suitable for someone with experience from larger-scale brand projects.
What you'll be doing
Lead and manage daily studio production across multiple channels and four languages
Coordinate incoming briefs, prioritise projects, and plan resources across the creative team
Challenge and qualify briefs to ensure clear objectives, requirements, and deliverables
Own delivery quality and ensure all output aligns with brief, specifications, and brand guidelines
Maintain visibility and control over timelines, dependencies, and production workflows
Be the primary point of contact for external agencies
Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the production process
About You
You are a highly experiencedProduction Managerwho thrives in an operational environment and enjoys making complex production flows run efficiently. You combine structure, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
You are comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel priorities and know how to maintain quality, momentum, and strong working relationships even when demands are high.
Experience and Skills
Extensive experience as aProduction Manager within an agency, in-house agency, or creative production environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to manage resource planning, project delivery, and production workflows at scale
Strong quality assurance mindset, ensuring all deliverables meet brief, specifications, and brand requirements
Comfortable working with production tools, workflow systems, and digital collaboration platforms
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Meritorious:
Experience supporting a brand rollout or brand update
Experience coordinating external creative or production agencies
Experience working with multi-channel marketing production
Experience from a regulated industry such as financial services

Start: ASAP, must be operational during July
Length: July 2026 to May 2027, with possibility of permanent employment after
Location: Stockholm, 4 days in office
